Als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin ist sie seitdem in verschiedenen Drittmittelprojekten im Einsatz, in denen sie vor allem Hardwareentwicklung, aber auch die Entwicklung von hardwarenaher und echtzeitkritischer Software beitragen kann. Ihr Kerngebiet ist dabei neben der Powerline-Kommunikation die Mess- und Prüftechnik.
